Introduced in 2017 as a life blood to the dying handheld console market, Nintendo Switch is one of the best-selling game consoles in history as of 2023. Over time, rival models such as Steam Deck (considering the concept and target audience rather than the hardware) have also been released. According to the latest information, a rival called Lenovo Legion Go will come to such names very soon.
Lenovo Legion Go specs revealed
If we look at the leaked images of Lenovo Go, we can say that it bears a resemblance to the Nintendo Switch OLED. It resembles Nintendo’s console with its support leg on the back case and directly brings to mind the Switch’s Joy-Cons, especially with its detachable controllers.
The console’s key layout consists of two analog sticks, a D-Pad, four buttons (A, B, X and Y) and a touchpad. There will also be a mouse wheel behind the right controller. Considering that the model will run the Windows 11 operating system, this is a logical move as it will make navigation much easier.
The fact that the controllers are removable suggests that the product will most likely have a touch panel. It is also expected to have an 8-inch screen size. Finally, it is expected to be powered by an AMD Ryzen Z1 series chip. According to rumors, it will face users with Ryzen Z1 Extreme. As it will be remembered, Ryzen Z1 was also used in ASUS ROG Ally.
